  • 2 X two-hour group sessions per month online via Zoom for six months
  • 1 x 30-minute one-on-one Intake session to debrief your Enneagram personality and core motivation assessment before the group starts.
  • 1 x 30-minute one-on-one Completion session to discuss your biggest learnings and how you will apply those lessons after the group concludes.

  • Each member will receive an Integrative Enneagram personality and motivations assessment and one-on-one debrief. The Enneagram is a powerful tool that increases self-awareness on how to leverage one’s strengths and manage one’s weaknesses. This is a HUGE FACTOR in what makes this group different than similar groups. Not only is Hayden a trainer of other coaches, he is also a certified practitioner of the Integrative Enneagram. So you are able to DIVE DEEP into your own personality and motivation type and learn from others of different types! (This assessment debrief alone is a $500 value and is included for all members).
  • Each member will also work on improving their self-awareness, both internally and externally, a crucial skill for personal and professional development. (Internal self-awareness includes being aware of what you value, what’s important to you, what you want, and how you want to show up in the world. External self-awareness is being able to accurately know how others are perceiving you.) We will be using tips on improving our self-awareness to have more personal and professional success from the book, Insight by Tasha Eurich.

 

 

The Enneagram not only deepens our awareness of our motivations and behavior patterns, but it also helps us understand why we do what we do.
