1-Year Mastermind Circle for Coaching Mastery
Le Cercle means “circle” in French. It is a small, intentional community for established coaches committed to mastering their craft, deepening self-awareness, and taking their coaching business to the next level of success and fulfillment on their terms. This year-long, mastermind-style program blends inner work, meaningful feedback on coaching skills, and exploration of how your Enneagram type shapes both your coaching and your business. The Enneagram itself is a circle, representing a roadmap for transformation and change.
The experience culminates in the Coaches Retreat in Auros, France, during the fall wine harvest season. It is a powerful, immersive setting to reflect, integrate, and ask: what are you harvesting in your life, your business, and your coaching?
Le cercle isn’t just a shape; it’s the space where growth, support, and transformation meet.

Monthly Small Group Coaching Calls
Coaching Skills Supervision As Your Mentor (ICF CCEs available)

The Alliance
An exclusive, personalized, one-on-one partnership to master coaching skills, unlock profound growth, and create a thriving practice
The Alliance is a year-long, highly selective program, accepting only 1–2 coaches per year. This immersive experience combines deep 1:1 coaching, consulting, and mentoring with real-time support and feedback on your coaching for your business and personal growth.
In the Alliance you will:
Have 1–3 one-on-one coaching calls per month, rotating between deep transformational coaching, Enneagram work, real-time feedback on your coaching by listening to your coaching calls together, and guidance on business development — including 360 feedback from peers and clients.
Have membership to Le Cercle: Coaches’ Circle, a small mastermind of coaches committed to growth, with an invitation the Coaches Retreat in France in the fall.
Have access to the Neuroscience of Coaching video course created by Hayden and two neuroscientists. It will deepen your understanding of the brain science behind coaching, human behavior and change.
Receive unlimited email and text support to navigate challenges as they arise.
Do the inner work necessary to transform not only your coaching business but your clarity, confidence, and impact as a coach and leader.

MCC Mentor Group
Group training to become a Master Certified Coach
This group is designed for coaches pursuing Master Certified Coach (MCC) credentialing with the ICF. You’ll receive targeted feedback, guidance on your coaching style, support navigating complex coaching challenges, and personalized recommendations on which recordings to submit to the ICF.
Through structured group sessions and peer collaboration, you’ll develop the skill, confidence, and clarity to coach at the highest level. The mentorship is rigorous, transformational, and specifically designed to help you achieve MCC mastery.
Consisting of 7 group sessions and 3 one-on-one sessions, this program satisfies the ICF mentor coaching requirements for your MCC application.
