The Ennea-Game is a customized one and a half day in-person immersive leadership simulation set in the year 3026.
A thousand years from now, your race, religion, nationality and sexuality no longer matter. The only thing that matters is your family. There are only three families on the planet. They build, lead and compete for global supremacy.
Participants step into a high-stakes future where they play as a member of ‘their family’—each individual wired with distinct motivations, blind spots, and strategic advantages.
As a murder mystery unfolds in real time, leaders must navigate uncertainty, power dynamics, trust, and influence—using the Enneagram not as a personality model, but as a decision- making and strategy system.
The result is a visceral experience into how identity drives behavior under pressure—and how expanding range changes outcomes.
